Before going on to my earlier related post, what about those 46 million without health insurance. Astute Bloggers has a great post here which suggests that that number may be sort of like the 600,000 Iraqis killed by the US and the 800,000 that Cheney killed in New Orleans with his Katrina remote control and dynamiting the levees.
